Blur and Photography

My camera, the lens and sensor or film, grabs it all…the actual moment it seizes isn’t what i see, but how a camera sees…our brains, eyes, register as much or more but in a different way…like when we’re driving…we have a general focus in front of us, but our eyes, ears, are registering a periphery far wider. So, with this blur or movement I’m searching for feel in my photography. It’s not possible to duplicate our ‘seeing’ and ‘sensing’ with a camera. The movement only gives me a step in that direction.
